Zoom Integration

Add Zoom recordings to your Library and Deal Rooms with ease

Installation
1. Log in to your enable.us account.
2. From the Library, click the UPLOAD CONTENT button.
3. Click on the "Zoom" button.
4. Log in to your Zoom account if you haven't already done so.
5. Click the "Authorize" button to approve the connection.
6. At this point, your Zoom account should be connected!

Usage: upload a Zoom meeting recording to your enable.us Library.
Prerequisite: complete Installation in the section above.

1. Log in to your enable.us account.
2. From the Library, click the UPLOAD CONTENT button.
3. Click on the "Zoom" button.
4. Select any files you would like to upload.
5. Click the "Select" button.
6. Select a "Content area" for each file and update the "Content name" if desired.
7. Click the UPLOAD button.
8. At this point, your content should get uploaded to your Library!

Uninstallation
1. Log in to your enable.us account.
2. From the Library, click the UPLOAD CONTENT button.
3. Click on the "Zoom" button.
4. From the Zoom icon with your Zoom account email, click on the dropdown.
5. Click on "Sign out from account".
6. At this point, your Zoom account should be disconnected!

Troubleshooting
1. We only show files that have been recorded to the Cloud. If you recorded a meeting on your Computer, you'll need to upload it from your computer instead of from the Zoom integration.
2. When selecting a Zoom recording, the "Recent" tab shows up to 10 files. If you have more than 10 files, and you can't find your recording, try finding it on the "All files" tab.
3. We only show recordings from the past month. If you need to upload a recording from over a month ago, you'll need to download it from Zoom directly, and then upload it from your device.
